The Stablecoin HQ is an independent, remote-first startup operating this platform. By browsing the site, creating an account, claiming a company profile or purchasing a plan you accept these terms.

If you accept on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

We are an information and market intelligence platform. We do not provide regulated financial services, custody, exchange, brokerage, or investment advice, and we are not a party to any agreement you reach with a listed company.

We publish structured information about companies, corridors, assets, payment methods and regulatory regimes, together with reviews and editorial analysis.

You need an accurate corporate email to create an account, and you are responsible for activity under it. We may suspend accounts used to submit false data, scrape the platform at scale, or manipulate reviews or rankings.

Companies may be listed by our editorial team or submitted by third parties. Claiming a profile requires verification through a domain-matched work email or a DNS record.

You keep ownership of the content you submit and grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to publish, format, translate and distribute it as part of the platform and its datasets — including machine-readable feeds. You confirm you have the right to grant that licence.

Reviews must come from a genuine buyer or user relationship. Incentivising positive reviews, writing reviews of competitors, and submitting reviews on behalf of another party are all prohibited.

We may remove a review that breaches these rules, and we may mark a review as disputed while we investigate. We do not remove a review simply because the company dislikes it.

When a buyer submits an enquiry to a company, we transmit it to that company only. We do not resell, share or recycle enquiries, and we do not build lead lists from them.

Enquiries are charged against a plan allowance when they meet the published qualification standard. Disputes raised within seven days are reviewed and, where upheld, credited back.

Plans renew automatically until cancelled and remain active until the end of the paid period. Advertising and editorial products are prepaid and non-refundable once delivered.

Where we offer a stated commitment — such as the Verified first-month enquiry commitment — the terms of that commitment govern the refund.

• ▪No republishing substantial portions of the database as a competing directory.
• ▪No attempts to interfere with ranking, reviews or the enquiry routing system.
• ▪No uploading unlawful, misleading or infringing content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from decisions you make using the platform, from dealings with listed companies, or from inaccuracies in third-party data. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Our total liability in any twelve-month period is capped at the fees you paid us in that period, or £100 where you paid nothing.

We may update these terms; material changes are announced on the site and by email to account holders at least fourteen days before they take effect. You may close your account at any time.

Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
